Privacy Policy -“Just Weather Forecast”

Privacy Policy:
1. This Statement sets out the App's privacy policy, which governs your use of the “Just Weather Forecast” (hereinafter referred to as "App") for mobile devices. 
   The user who installed this application on his device - hereinafter referred to as the “User”. 
The owner of the application or its authorized representative, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.
2.  The App is a program for a cell phone to organize the display of the results of the study of meteorological data, weather forecast, from remote servers received via the Internet, on the screen of the device.
    The App organizes the receipt and provision of information to the user from a third party open source.
    The App is an application for organizing the recalculation of one type of information into another. The App  does not have the ability and does not allow you to exchange data and collaborate with the specified user or other third parties. 
    It allows you to exchange only data about the App itself through the user's social networks or e-mail, with friends specified by the user or other third parties, in the means of communication entrusted to the User (social networks and e-mail) as comments, responses, suggestions and questions about the App."
3. The App does not collect or store any of your information, but information may be get from you when:
a) The App receives information that the User provides when downloading the App. 
b) The following those information what you provide to us, when you contact us for assistance. 
c) The Administrator may also receive information provided by third parties that the User has authorized to share information, such as Facebook or any other service that the User connects to the App.
d) The Administrator may also use the information provided by the User to contact you from time to time and provide you with important information, necessary notices and marketing promotions. 
4. The App does NOT receive information about the device or the user, neither when loading nor when working with it. 
The App does not require registration or the provision of other personal or confidential information."
5.  The user provides any information only when corresponding with the support service via e-mail or other messengers  (in this case, the Telegram channel) in the criteria established by these communication services.
6. The Administrator may also receive information provided by third parties that the User has allowed to share information, such as Facebook or Telegram or any other service that the User uses at his own discretion, in the public domain.
7. The Administrator will store the data provided by the User for as long as he deems it necessary. If the User is against the storage of the data provided by him, then it is necessary to contact the Administrator at: ip.tazhibayev@gmail.com .
8. The App Administrator may also use the information provided by the User to contact you from time to time and provide you with important information, necessary notifications and marketing promotions.
9. The Administrator will transfer personal information received from the User to third parties only in the ways described in this privacy policy. The Administrator may disclose information provided by the User in the following cases:
- as required by law, such as to enforce a subpoena or similar legal process; 
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- if an app is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of its assets,  possibly, you  will be notified by email and/or a prominent notice on our website and/or a prominent notice on our app and/or notice on our Telegram channel any change in ownership or use of this information, and any choice you may have with respect to this information.
10. The Administrator DOES NOT provide physical, electronic and procedural guarantees to the User, as we do not collect information about the User other than the contact details that he himself provided earlier, if provided.
11. The App DOES NOT COLLECT (automatically or manually) any information, including:
- the type of mobile device you are using;
- IP address of your mobile device;
- your mobile operating system;
- the type of mobile internet browsers you use;
- and information about how the User uses the Application;
- GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location.
12. We DO NOT collect information by placing cookies on users' mobile devices. Also, some of our partners, in particular referrals, may set their own cookies. A cookie may be set when you click on an ad or use a third party service in conjunction with the App, but this does not apply to us or to the features or capabilities of the App.
13. The App has access 18+ , respectively: for any consequences from the use of the App by children under 18 years of age remains the responsibility of parents or guardians, respectively.
14.  In connection with all of the above, the User voluntarily accepts the terms of this privacy policy and, accordingly, continues to use this App - otherwise, he must stop using the App and delete it from his device.
